A wonderful half-day tour in one of the most prestigious appellations of the Bordeaux wine region!

Mouton-Rothschild, Latour, Haut-Brion. . .

Those name probably sounds already a bit familiar? Those chateaus are all among the most prestigious of the world, and are all part of the famous 1855 Classification, the oldest and world-renowned classification for French wines, requested by Napoleon 3rd the same year.

And all of them are located in the incredible appellation of Medoc!

But did you know that there are other hidden gems to discover in the Medoc Wine Region, like the « Crus Bourgeois » wines ?

During this unforgettable tour, I invite you to discover both classifications, Crus Bourgeois and 1855, their most beautiful wineries, famous wines, and become a Medoc wines' expert !

Appellation, grape varieties, wine growing, fermentation, wine ageing, and wine tasting… Medoc wines won't have any more secrets for you !

Pick up at your hotel in the morning, and transfer by car to the Medoc wine region. We will drive through the charming "route des châteaux", so you can see our beautiful countryside and famous wineries.

Visit of the first winery at around 11. 00 & wine tasting (of course!)

Free time for lunch in the city (Margaux, Pauillac or St Julien according to the first winery we will visit) Visit of the second winery, followed by a nice tasting with cheese and wine pairing.

Visit of the third winery, tasting of old vintages.

Transfert back to Bordeaux.
